Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Counselor, located in Kozhikode. The Academic Counselor will be responsible for providing personalized student and career counseling, advising on academic pathways, and assisting with admission processes. The role involves daily interaction with students to understand their career goals, provide guidance on suitable courses and institutions, offer support with scholarship applications, and ensure smooth visa processing. The Academic Counselor will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of student interactions and staying updated on global educational trends.

Qualifications

• Experience in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
• Strong Communication skills
• Proficiency in Academic Advising and Education guidance
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with students
• Knowledge of international education systems and visa processes
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, or related field
• Experience in the education consultancy industry is a plus
• Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage
