Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Calls:
• Proactively reach out to prospective students through phone calls and other communication channels to provide detailed information about the Data Science & Data Analytics courses.
• Follow up with leads to answer queries, address concerns, and motivate them to enroll.
• Counselling & Guidance:
• Understand the individual goals and aspirations of students and recommend suitable course options.
• Educate prospective students about the benefits, features, and outcomes of IIM SKILLS courses.
• Lead Management:
• Maintain and update lead data in the CRM system.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and consistent engagement to maximize conversion rates.
• Sales Target Achievement:
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly enrolment targets.
• Identify and implement strategies to improve conversions.
• Market Feedback:
• Provide insights and feedback from prospective students to help refine the course offerings and marketing strategies.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English with a persuasive and empathetic approach.
• Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
• Basic knowledge of Data Science & Analytics (preferred, but not mandatory).
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
