Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Academic Counselor, located in Noida. The Academic Counselor will be responsible for providing academic advising, student counseling, and career counseling. Daily tasks include guiding students through their academic journey, helping them select appropriate courses, assessing their career aspirations, and providing relevant advice to support their goals. The role will also involve maintaining detailed records of student progress and working collaboratively with other staff to enhance student experiences.

Qualifications

Skills in Student Counseling and Academic Advising
Effective Communication skills
Experience with Career Counseling
Background in Education
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to empathize with students
Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field
Experience in an academic or educational setting is a plus
