About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and student-friendly Academic Counselor to guide prospective learners, understand their academic goals, and help them choose the right courses or programs. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for education, and the ability to build trust with students and parents.

Key Responsibilities

• Counsel students and parents about available courses, career paths, and program benefits.
• Handle incoming inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins.
• Guide students through the admission process and assist with enrollment.
• Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into admissions.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and admissions in CRM.
• Participate in seminars, webinars, and academic events as required.
• Provide regular updates and reports to the management team.
• Ensure high levels of student satisfaction and support throughout their academic journey.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable handling phone calls, meetings, and presentations
• Ability to build rapport with students and parents
• Basic knowledge of courses, certifications, and educational pathways (training will be provided)
• Confidence in explaining academic programs clearly and effectively
• Time management and organizational skills
