Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Sales Counselor with 0–1 year of experience (preferably in the EdTech domain) who can effectively manage inquiries, engage with potential learners, and convert leads into enrollments. The ideal candidate will be confident, target-driven, and passionate about helping students make informed career choices.

Key Responsibilities:

 Handle incoming calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries from students and parents.

 Understand students’ needs and recommend suitable courses and programs.

 Follow up on leads generated through marketing and outreach activities.

 Convert potential leads into successful admissions through counseling and guidance.

 Maintain detailed and accurate student records and use CRM tools eAectively.

 Coordinate with the academic and operations team for seamless student onboarding.

 Achieve weekly/monthly targets for enrollments and revenue.

Qualifications & Skills:

 0–1 year of experience in sales, counseling, or customer engagement (preferably in EdTech or education sector).

 Fresh graduates with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are welcome.

 Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.

 Ability to understand customer needs and deliver solutions accordingly.

 Target-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

 Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM systems is a plus.
