About the Role

Xylem Learning is looking for enthusiastic and results-oriented Academic Counsellors to join our expanding team in Kozhikode. In this role, you’ll guide students and their families through the academic decision-making process, helping them choose the right learning programs while driving admissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Student Engagement: Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students and parents using our internal lead database.
• Counselling & Guidance: Understand the academic goals and challenges of students, offering tailored recommendations for suitable programs.
• Presenting Offers: Clearly and confidently present Xylem Learning’s offerings in a consultative and persuasive manner.
• Building Relationships: Establish trust and build long-term relationships with students and parents through personalized academic counselling.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly enrolment targets.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM systems.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with academic, marketing, and operations teams to stay updated on courses, promotions, and education trends.
• Feedback Contribution: Provide valuable insights and feedback to enhance lead generation strategies and the overall student experience.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Graduation mandatory
• Experience: 0–2 years in academic counselling, education sales, or student advisory roles (preferred, but not mandatory).
• Sales/Enrolment Record: A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales/enrolment goals is a plus.

• Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in Malayalam is preferred; working knowledge of English is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
