Academic counselor

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic professional to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in Malayalam and be passionate about handling admissions and client relations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively to address client queries and provide support throughout the admissions process.
• Assist prospective parents and students with admissions procedures and onboarding.
• Manage and maintain accurate information in organizational databases.
• Handle phone calls and emails from prospective clients with professionalism.
• Contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
• Plan and execute new initiatives to promote admissions and client engagement.
• Research organizations and individuals to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Develop strategies to increase the value of current customers while attracting new admissions.
• Identify and develop new markets for admissions growth.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience candidates with prior experience in tele calling or marketing will be given priority.

Skills Required:

• Strong communication skills in Malayalam.
• Proficiency in handling client relations and admissions procedures.
• Ability to plan, organize, and execute marketing and outreach initiatives.
• Capability to research and identify potential opportunities for growth.
