About the Role

Xylem Learning is seeking motivated and student-focused Enrolment Advisors to join our growing counselling and sales team in Ernakulam. In this role, you will engage with students and parents to help them make informed educational decisions, while driving enrolments and contributing to the overall growth of Xylem Learning.

This position is ideal for individuals with prior experience in academic counselling, consultative sales, or the education sector—who are passionate about guiding learners toward their academic goals while achieving strong performance outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective students and parents through structured inbound and outbound calls using our in-house lead database.
• Understand academic goals, challenges, and aspirations to recommend suitable learning programs.
• Present Xylem Learning’s programs clearly, persuasively, and with confidence.
• Provide personalised counselling to establish trust and long-term relationships.
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly enrolment targets.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and enrolments using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with academic, marketing, and operations teams to stay informed about programs, promotions, and industry trends.
• Share insights and feedback to strengthen lead-generation strategies and enhance the overall student experience.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 0–2 years of experience in academic counselling, student advisory, or sales (preferably in the education sector).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding enrolment/sales targets.

• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Strong ability to build rapport and credibility with students and parents.
• Target-driven mindset with strong self-motivation.
• Adaptable and proactive problem-solver in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Malayalam preferred; English proficiency desirable.
