We are looking for an Academic Counselor to provide personalized guidance to students and professionals in choosing the right psychology-based learning programs. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a counseling mindset, and the ability to drive enrollments through meaningful interactions.
-Counsel prospective candidates (students, working professionals, parents) on suitable learning programs.
-Conduct detailed needs assessments to align educational choices with career goals.
-Follow up with leads via phone, email, and other communication channels to drive enrollments.
-Provide accurate information about course content, structure, duration, and outcomes.
-Stay updated on EdTech trends and offerings for better guidance.
-Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to meet enrollment targets.
-Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure smooth onboarding.
-Track and record all student interactions and progress in CRM systems.
-Provide post-enrollment support and resolve student queries.
