Job Description

Qualification: Bachelor s degree (preferred: Business / Commerce / Arts / Management).

Skillset: Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle pressure and meet targets and proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.Fluency in Tamil, English, and Hindi (spoken and written)

Responsibilities: Handle outbound/inbound calls and provide accurate details on MBA programs, eligibility, fees, and career prospects.Counsel students and parents to support informed admission decisions.Maintain strong follow-ups, update CRM records, and ensure smooth application processing with the admissions team.Achieve admission targets and participate in campaigns, events, and promotion activities.
