Academic Counsellor

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to student enquiries (phone, email, WhatsApp)
• Explain course modules, duration, fees, and career pathways
• Guide students/doctors through the registration process
• Maintain academic records, attendance, and student data
• Coordinate with faculty for scheduling online/offline classes
• Manage LMS updates, assessments, and certificates
• Assist in organising webinars, workshops, and academic events
• Follow up with students for onboarding and progress
• Support the Academic Director in daily operations

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate or Postgraduate (any field; psychology preferred)
• Experience as an Academic Counsellor / Education Counsellor / Admission Counsellor preferred
• Excellent communication skills (English + Hindi)
• Strong organisational and follow-up skills
• Comfortable with computers, spreadsheets, Zoom, and LMS
• Friendly, patient, and professional personality
