Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Lucknow for an Academic Counsellor. The selected candidate will provide guidance and support to students through academic advising and career counseling. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing students' educational needs, recommending programs, assisting with course and exam selection, and addressing students' queries. The Academic Counsellor will play a key role in fostering student success and ensuring alignment with their academic and career aspirations.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Student Counseling, Career Counseling, and Academic Advising
• Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with students and colleagues
• Experience in Education and familiarity with academic program structures
• Empathy and problem-solving abilities to provide personalized guidance to students
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in a counseling or academic advisory role is advantageous
