Key Responsibilities:
Make 100+ outbound calls daily to prospective students and working professionals.
Counsel students on courses such as CPA, CMA, and other finance & accounting certifications.
Understand the student’s career goals and provide guidance on the best course options.
Follow up with potential leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
Convert inquiries into enrolments by effectively explaining course benefits.
Maintain and update the CRM system with student details and follow-ups.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach efforts.
Achieve weekly and monthly enrolment targets.
This job is available in multiple locations:
Budget 5.5 LPA + incentives
We are a 6 days work from office set up and the counsellors will have their week off on Mondays.
