What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

Serve as a trusted advisor to prospective learners from school students and their parents to seasoned professionals exploring executive programs.

Conduct personalized counseling sessions and virtual product demonstrations to understand customer needs and suggest relevant courses.

Follow up on leads diligently and convert interest into enrollment.

Achieve and exceed monthly revenue and conversion targets through effective sales strategies.

Maintain a strong pipeline via CRM tools and update lead information accurately.

Handle objections, negotiate pricing and financial aid (if applicable), and close admissions.

Constantly upgrade your product knowledge to stay ahead of market trends and evolving customer needs.

Be a key player in enhancing our student experience and promoting lifelong learning.

Who You Are (Requirements)

Minimum 2 year of inside sales experience in the EdTech / E-learning industry (mandatory).

Proven success in B2C consultative sales, preferably across diverse segments K12, working professionals, and executive education.

Strong understanding of education decision-making processes in households and among professionals.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high sense of ownership.

Proficient in using CRM tools and virtual meeting platforms.
