Follow up on leads to maximize conversions and drive admissions. Maintain accurate records of student interactions, inquiries, and enrollments. Gather feedback to improve the student counseling process. Preferred Candidate Profile: Bachelors degree in any discipline. Minimum 6 months to 5 years of experience in sales, inside sales, or counseling (preferably in EdTech or education). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Target-driven and confident in student conversion and engagement. Familiar with CRM tools and data entry/management. Proven ability to achieve or exceed sales targets. Eligibility: Graduation in any stream (mandatory) Industry background: Education / EdTech / Inside Sales / Customer Service / Business Development Open to diversity hiring Salary & Benefits: CTC: 4 LPA to 6 LPA (based on experience and current package).
