Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative in our Noida office. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, driving lead generation, and achieving sales targets. This includes engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, conducting product demonstrations, providing exceptional customer service, and managing accounts. The role will require excellent communication and persuasion skills to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to the organization's growth. Qualifications Proven skills in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify opportunities and close deals effectively. Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to deliver exceptional support and maintain positive relationships. Experience in Account Management to oversee client interactions and ensure long-term partnerships. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment. Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related software is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
