Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Conduct one-on-one academic counseling sessions with prospective students to assess educational background, eligibility, career goals, and program fit.
Provide detailed information on UG & PG programs, including curriculum structure, learning outcomes, accreditation, faculty quality, delivery format, and career prospects.
Manage the complete admissions funnel from lead qualification, application submission, document verification, offer communication, to enrollment confirmation.
Guide applicants through admission criteria, entrance requirements, timelines, and institutional processes with clarity and professionalism.
Address student and parent concerns related to program credibility, academic rigor, placement outcomes, and learning pathways.
Achieve assigned enrollment targets, and lead conversion ratios, while maintaining high counseling quality.
Collaborate with external & internal teams to streamline enrollment operations and improve candidate experience.

Candidate Requirements

Bachelors degree in any discipline; education, management, or communication preferred.
1-3 years of experience in academic counseling, admissions advisory, EdTech enrollment, student recruitment, or education sales.
Strong understanding of UG/PG admissions processes, application workflows, and student lifecycle management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex academic information clearly.
