Role-Academic Coordinator

Location- New Delhi, Dwarka Sec-14 (Pref.Delhi based candidates)

Working Days- 5 days (Mon-Friday)

Salary Upto- 4.20lpa

Role & responsibilities

• Act as a key liaison between schools, internal academic teams, and sales teams to ensure seamless academic operations.
• Execute and monitor all academic support activities related to Olympiads, assessments, and school engagements.
• Manage and analyze academic and sales data to support decision-making and performance tracking.
• Ensure accuracy and timely updating of student, school, and exam-related records.
• Prepare structured reports, MIS summaries, and academic documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements to enhance academic workflow efficiency and service quality.
• Support the sales team by resolving academic queries, providing product information, and coordinating deliverables.
• Maintain high service standards while handling escalations and ensuring issue resolution within defined timelines.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (Education, Management, or related fields preferred).
• 1-3 years of experience in academic coordination, sales support, Customer support or operations.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle academic and operational challenges.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and documentation .
• Immediate Joiner at New Delhi , Dwarka Sec-14

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
