Academic Coordinator

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

1. Student Understanding & Support:

• Engage with students regularly to understand and address their academic and personal concerns.
• 
  
• Ensure a supportive learning environment.

1. Attendance Management:

• Monitor and maintain daily student attendance.
• 
  
• Report and follow up on irregularities.

1. Class Coordination:

• Ensure smooth execution of both online and offline classes.
• 
  
• Liaise with faculty for scheduling and availability.

1. Exam Management:

• Assist in planning and conducting exams (online and offline).
• 
  
• Maintain proper exam records and reports.

1. Parent & Teacher Coordination:

• Act as a bridge between parents, students, and teachers.
• 
  
• Conduct regular updates and meetings when required.

1. Feedback & Follow-up:

• Collect and analyze feedback from students and parents.
• 
  
• Implement follow-up actions for continuous improvement.

1. Discontinuation Handling:

• Address and resolve student discontinuation or dropout cases.
• 
  
• Conduct proper exit communication.

1. ERP & Google Sheet Updates:

• Ensure timely and accurate updates of student data and academic records in ERP and Google Sheets.

✅ Candidate Profile:

• Graduate from Science background preferred.
• 
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• 
  
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
• 
  
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and data handling.
• 
  
• Prior experience in a similar role or educational industry is a plus.
