Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Psychologist located in Kolkata. The Psychologist will be responsible for providing psychological support to students, conducting assessments, developing and implementing intervention plans, and offering counseling services. The role involves working closely with students, parents, and staff to create a supportive learning environment. The Psychologist will also be tasked with maintaining accurate records and collaborating with external professionals when necessary.

Qualifications

• Experience in Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and Personnel Management
• Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in conducting psychological assessments and developing intervention plans
• Ability to work effectively with students, parents, and staff
• Master's degree in Psychology or related field
• Professional licensure in psychology or eligibility for licensure
• Experience in an educational setting is a plus
