Roles & Responsibilities:
· Define and review academic processes, structures, and functions.
· Support and coordinate review meetings of Institute Leaders, Institute Academic Council, Leadership Forums etc.
· Resolve student’s issues / queries.
· Managing all the operational activities and day to day life-cycle of the institute such as batch formation and coordination, faculty coordination, classroom arrangement / infrastructure / technical help etc.
· Maintain an inventory of all the office supplies, technical maintenance and requirements on a regular basis.
· Manage orientation, training and relocation for new batches.
· Develop and manage comprehensive academic support program.
· Provide guidance to students on academic goals and educational issues.
· Prepare and maintain student records.
· Work with parents, teachers and counselors to address students’ behavioral, academic, and other problems.
Essential Skills:
· Candidates having experience and expertise in school improvement efforts, innovative academic initiatives, etc. would be preferred.
· Ability to read documents and synthesize analysis, preparing reports and documentation skills.
· Sharp observation skills, methodical and eye for detail.
· Good Communication Skills.
