Program and Course Coordination:
· Coordinate and manage academic programs of assigned batches , courses and respective organizations of these courses And ensuring smooth operations.
· Assist in faculty fixation, scheduling, and ensuring faculty availability before course commencement.
· Oversee the preparation and distribution of course materials, including textbooks and software access.
· Manage the coordination of mock exams, result verifications, and the conducting of Upaya sessions.
· Organize study tours, bridge courses, and other value-added activities for students.
· Handle integrated batches and ensure proper scheduling and coordination with faculty.
Student and Parent Relations:
· Maintain positive relationships with students and parents through regular communication, including sending marks, conducting parent meetings, and collecting student feedback.
· Coordinate one-on-one meetings with students to address their academic concerns.
· Manage batch coordination, including sending welcome emails and making calls.
· Support students with issues related to academic software and assist in resolving any concerns.
Admin and Academic Support:
· Handle administrative tasks related to the management of student registrations for various programs.
· Coordinate with external bodies such as ASAP and JK-Shah for course-related requirements.
· Assist in the preparation and uploading of question papers, managing question banks, and coordinating with faculty.
· Support the placement coordination and conduct demo classes to promote our programs.
· Handle special administrative requirements as assigned by leadership, including work on Odoo and other software platforms.
Event and Program Management:
· Coordinate social events, festivals, and winners' meets for students.
· Attend academic meetings and participate in personality development programs.
· Manage upselling activities to enhance program participation and revenue.
· Assist in the scheduling and coordination of all batches and faculty hours.
Additional Responsibilities:
· Participate in faculty training, academic meetings, and development sessions.
· Ensure efficient distribution of materials, including textbooks and software.
· Handle administrative work related to past batches and coordinate with faculty to ensure continuous improvement.
· Oversee the upload of study materials in various platforms and maintain smooth access for students.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
