Academic Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Faculty cum Academic Coordinator with a strong background in Logistics and Supply Chain Management (LSCM). The ideal candidate will combine academic expertise with excellent coordination skills to contribute to curriculum delivery, student engagement, and academic administration. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape and guide future professionals in the logistics and SCM domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality lectures, workshops, and seminars in Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
• Design, review, and update course materials and academic content in alignment with industry standards.
• Coordinate academic operations, including class scheduling, faculty coordination, and student support.
• Guide and mentor students in academic projects, internships, and career development.
• Support examination planning, evaluation, and result processing.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth academic administration and delivery.
• Contribute to research, publications, and academic development initiatives.
• Establish and maintain strong linkages with industry experts to integrate practical insights into academic programs.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Ph.D. in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 10+ years of academic and/or industry experience in Logistics and SCM.
• Proven record of teaching, training, or curriculum development in relevant domains.
• Strong academic coordination, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
