Academic Coordinator

As a part of the Operations team at Itvedant, your role will involve ensuring smooth functioning of all academic batches on a daily basis. This includes allotting batches to students based on the batch mode (Weekdays Batch / Weekend Batch), managing operational activities, coordinating with faculty and students, and handling classroom arrangements and technical support. You will be responsible for the end-to-end academic lifecycle of each student, being unbiased towards team members, and actively solving problems. Additionally, you will be expected to implement new ideas and provide workable suggestions whenever required. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure smooth running of all academic batches daily - Allocate batches to students based on batch mode - Manage operational activities and institute lifecycle - Coordinate with faculty and students for academic lifecycle - Remain unbiased towards team members and act as a problem solver - Undertake any other tasks assigned by the management - Implement new ideas and provide workable suggestions Qualifications Required: - Good verbal and written communication skills - Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role - Mature, responsible, and able to work independently in a team - Positive attitude towards learning and challenging situations - Strong time management skills - Preferably have experience in the education industry About Us: Itvedant aims to bridge the gap between education and job skills with a strong focus on teaching.
