As a part of the Operations Department at Itvedant in Pune, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of all academic batches on a daily basis. Your responsibilities will include allotting batches to students based on the batch mode (Weekdays Batch / Weekend Batch), managing operational activities, coordinating with faculty members, organizing classroom arrangements, and providing technical support as needed. You will be responsible for the end-to-end academic lifecycle of each student, maintaining unbiased behavior towards team members, and solving problems effectively. Additionally, you will collaborate with students to implement new ideas and provide workable suggestions to enhance the overall learning experience. To excel in this role, you should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar field. You must demonstrate maturity, responsibility, and the ability to work both independently and within a team. A positive attitude towards learning and adaptability to challenging situations are essential qualities for success in this position.
