Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop high-quality, age-appropriate Math curriculum content, lesson plans, and teaching resources aligned with NEP, NCF, and major boards (CBSE, ICSE, IB, etc.).
• Create engaging worksheets, activities, problem-solving tasks, and assessments to strengthen conceptual clarity and application skills. • Train and mentor teachers on effective math pedagogy, strategies, and resource usage. • Conduct workshops, demos, and model lessons to showcase best practices in Math teaching. • Review and refine math content based on classroom feedback and student learning outcomes. • Stay updated on modern approaches to math education, including activity-based learning, reasoning, and competency-driven pedagogy. • Collaborate with academic/product teams to align pedagogy and methodology with student learning goals. • Prepare training reports and provide post-training support for classroom implementation. • Travel as required for trainings, workshops, school visits, and audits.

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Mathematics, Education, or related field (B.Ed./M.Ed. preferred).
• 36 years of experience in Math content development and teacher training. • Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics and innovative pedagogical approaches. • Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills. • Willingness to travel extensively.
