Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design and oversee pre-primary/early years curriculum aligned to NEP and child development milestones.
• Train, mentor, and support teachers in pedagogy, classroom management, and activity-based learning. • Conduct classroom observations to ensure quality teaching and child engagement. • Collaborate with academic teams to integrate play-based and experiential learning approaches. • Monitor learning outcomes, prepare reports, and suggest improvements. • Organize workshops for teachers and parents on early childhood practices. • Stay updated on the latest early years trends and innovations. • Coordinate with school leadership for smooth program implementation. • Travel as required for trainings, workshops, school visits, and audits.

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate/Postgraduate with specialization in Early Childhood Education/ECCE/B.Ed. (preferred).
• 5 - 8 years of experience in pre-primary/early years teaching and academic leadership. • Strong knowledge of early years pedagogy, play-based and experiential learning. • Excellent communication, mentoring, and leadership skills. • Willingness and ability to travel frequently.
