𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞: As an Academic Career Counselor at GradLadder, you will play a vital role in shaping the careers of aspiring students. Your expertise will help students make informed academic and professional decisions, ensuring they achieve their career goals. 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: Provide one-on-one career counseling and academic guidance to UG/PG students. Assist students in identifying their strengths and choosing the right career path. Support students with LMS-based learning and professional skill-building activities. Help students enhance their networking skills and connect with industry professionals. 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Education, HR, Psychology, or Business preferred). Strong communication & interpersonal skills to engage with students effectively. Ability to work with MS Office & Learning Management Systems (LMS). Passion for mentoring and guiding students in their career journey.
