💸 Salary:

₹4 LPA + Unlimited Incentives (During Probation)

₹7 LPA + Unlimited Incentives (Post 3 Months)

What You'll Do:

Offer 1:1 counseling to undergrad & postgrad students — guide them through academic choices, career doubts, and life goals.

Help students identify their core strengths and choose the right direction.

Support them via LMS, content, and professional skill-building.

Mentor them on how to network, grow, and break into top industries.

Who We're Looking For:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Education, or Business (preferred).

Someone who enjoys conversations, builds trust easily, and is always ready to help.

Comfortable with MS Office, CRM, LMS tools, and loves staying organized.

Minimum 1 year in Sales or 6 months in Edtech — you're not afraid to convert conversations into impact.
