As an Academic Career Counselor at GradLadder, you will play a vital role in shaping the careers of aspiring students. Your expertise will help students make informed academic and professional decisions, ensuring they achieve their career goals. Your responsibilities will include providing one-on-one career counseling and academic guidance to UG/PG students, assisting students in identifying their strengths and choosing the right career path, supporting students with LMS-based learning and professional skill-building activities, and helping students enhance their networking skills and connect with industry professionals. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Education, HR, Psychology, or Business preferred) and possess strong communication & interpersonal skills to engage with students effectively. Additionally, the ability to work with MS Office & Learning Management Systems (LMS) is required, along with a passion for mentoring and guiding students in their career journey. Join our team at Sec 2, Noida, where you will be working 6 days a week with a starting salary of 4 LPA + Uncapped Incentives during the probation period, which increases to 7 LPA + Uncapped Incentives after 3 months of probation.
