As an Academic Career Counselor at GradLadder, you will play a vital role in shaping the careers of aspiring students. Your expertise will help students make informed academic and professional decisions, ensuring they achieve their career goals. - Provide one-on-one career counseling and academic guidance to UG/PG students. - Assist students in identifying their strengths and choosing the right career path. - Support students with LMS-based learning and professional skill-building activities. - Help students enhance their networking skills and connect with industry professionals. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Education, HR, Psychology, or Business preferred). - Strong communication & interpersonal skills to engage with students effectively. - Ability to work with MS Office & Learning Management Systems (LMS). - Passion for mentoring and guiding students in their career journey.
