Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Academic Advisor located in the Greater Hyderabad Area. The Academic Advisor will be responsible for guiding students in their academic pursuits, assisting with course and career planning, and providing advice to help them achieve their educational and professional goals. Day-to-day responsibilities will also include providing support for education-related queries, facilitating workshops, offering mentorship to students, and actively engaging with the student community to address concerns and encourage growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in Student Counseling, Career Counseling, and Academic Advising
• Strong Communication skills and the ability to foster meaningful student relationships
• Knowledge and experience in the field of education and student engagement
• Empathy, patience, and the ability to motivate and support students of diverse backgrounds
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a relevant field
• Experience in planning and conducting workshops or career-oriented events is a plus
• Familiarity with challenges faced by students in academic and professional pathways, especially in tier 2 and tier 3 regions
