Academic Advisor

Experience Required:

2–3 Years         

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Admission/Academic Counsellor (Field) who will be responsible for creating strong partnerships with schools, colleges, and institutes to promote our academic programs. The role involves conducting tie-ups, seminars, webinars, and student engagement activities to drive admissions.

•      Initiate and establish tie-ups with schools, colleges, and institutes for academic collaborations.

•      Organize and conduct seminars, webinars, and workshops to create awareness about programs.

•      Counsel students and parents on academic offerings, career pathways, and admission processes.

•      Drive student inquiries and admissions through institutional partnerships.

•      Maintain strong relationships with principals, HODs, and decision-makers at educational institutions.

•      Achieve monthly/quarterly admission and outreach targets.

•      Prepare reports on outreach activities and provide insights to the management team.

•      Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline (Education/Management preferred).

•      2–3 years of proven experience in admission counselling, business development, or institutional tie-ups in the education sector.

•      Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

•      Ability to convince and collaborate with educational stakeholders.

•      Willingness to travel extensively for field visits.
