Academic Advisor

Job Overview

We are seeking a student-centric Academic Advisor to support prospective learners throughout the complete admission journey. The role focuses on student counseling, lead conversion, consistent follow-ups, and meeting monthly enrollment targets while ensuring a positive and supportive experience for students.
Submission of a short self-introduction video is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide prospective students in selecting academic programs aligned with their interests and career aspirations
• Convert inquiries into enrollments by effectively explaining program details, benefits, and admission processes
• Achieve monthly counseling and enrollment targets
• Communicate with students through phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, webinars, and virtual counseling sessions
• Perform timely and structured follow-ups to maximize conversion rates
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress using the CRM system
• Collaborate with marketing, academic, and operations teams to ensure a smooth admission process

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in academic counseling, admissions, or sales
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand student needs and provide tailored guidance
• Goal-oriented, organized, and proactive in follow-ups
• Familiarity with CRM tools and digital communication platforms
• Mandatory submission of a short self-introduction video

Preferred Skills

• Ability to build strong rapport with students and parents
• Persuasive communication and presentation skills
• Previous experience in EdTech, education, or training institutes is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
