Job Description
  • The Academic Administrative Assistant will support the Principal s Office and academic administration by ensuring efficient coordination and record management.
Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining accurate student and academic records in the AUMS (Amrita University Management System), assisting with examination processes and Ph. D. evaluations, and providing administrative support for timetabling, attendance, and report preparation.

  • The role also involves managing the principal s schedule, meetings, and correspondence while facilitating communication between the Principal s Office, faculty, students, and external stakeholders.

  • The candidate should handle phone calls, emails, and visitors with professionalism, maintain confidentiality of institutional records, and uphold office decorum.
