Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to students and respond to inquiries regarding study abroad options.
Counsel students on educational opportunities in various countries, university choices, and application/admission procedures.
Provide accurate and up-to-date information on country-specific processes and visa requirements.
Maintain student records, follow up on leads, and support students throughout the application lifecycle.
Deliver quality guidance and create a positive experience for students and parents.

Key Skills Required:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong knowledge of international education systems and country-specific admission processes.
Ability to provide high-quality counseling and support.
Basic understanding of the student visa process.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Candidates based in
Vijayawada
preferred.
Motivated, customer-focused, and organized.
6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in overseas education counseling or related roles.
