Qualify leads and work towards converting enquiries into admissions. Maintain regular follow-ups with students and ensure timely communication. Update lead status and call details in the CRM system. Schedule appointments for counsellors and arrange student walk-ins. Provide basic information about admission processes (eligibility, fees, intakes, documents, tests, etc.). Handle enquiries professionally through phone, WhatsApp, and social media. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
