Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Area Business Manager (AABM) at HDFC Life, located in Dahod. The AABM will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing and developing a team of Financial Consultants, ensuring meeting sales targets, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include devising effective sales strategies, coordinating with branches, and identifying new opportunities to expand the customer base. This role involves close interaction with stakeholders and adherence to compliance and operational guidelines.
Qualifications
- Ability to effectively manage sales performance, mentor and develop a team, and achieve business targets.
- Strong leadership, relationship management, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in strategic planning and market analysis within the financial or insurance domain.
- Basic understanding of insurance products, including protection, pension, savings, and investments.
- Relevant experience in sales or business management, with a proven track record of success.
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field; MBA or equivalent qualifications will be an advantage.
