This is a full-time role for an A2P SMS Specialist. The A2P SMS Specialist will manage and optimize SMS campaigns, ensuring timely and secure message delivery. They will analyze campaign performance, troubleshoot delivery issues, and implement strategies to enhance messaging performance. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing team to create effective messaging content and staying updated on industry trends and compliance regulations.
*Manage and expand A2P SMS traffic with global aggregators, MNOs, and enterprise clients.
*Monitor routes, analyze delivery and conversion reports, and optimize profitability.
*Handle onboarding, interconnects, and commercial negotiations with partners.
*Coordinate with routing, NOC, and sales teams to ensure quality and uptime.
