Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic, organised, and self-directed professional to manage and grow a portfolio of

programs, partnerships, and strategic collaborations

. This is a high-impact role that involves

building relationships, managing logistics, and growing a network of corporate and institutional partnerships.

The ideal candidate combines program management expertise and a willingness to travel when needed, with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead generation and client partnership management
  • Outreach strategy and execution
  • Stakeholder relationship management
  • Manage scheduling, logistics, and technical requirements for events and speaking engagements
  • Spot and develop new opportunities across relevant client sectors; pitch persuasively and lead acquisition strategy
  • Build and nurture relationships with corporates, embassies, universities, and other cultural institutions
  • Serve as the main point of contact for internal coordination and public communication
 

Qualifications:

  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or adjacent fields
  • 3–5 years of experience in in communications, events, or client acquisition and brand partnership management
  • Background in marketing, business development, or brand strategy welcome

  • Self-driven, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Established experience working with corporate clients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You can pitch ideas in ways that excite and persuade (this role will involve in-person meetings)
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Based in Delhi
  • Prior background in publishing not necessary
  • Fits well in a small, dynamic team with a fast-paced culture
