Description We are seeking a skilled Pizzaiolo with 5-8 years of experience to join our culinary team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a passion for pizza-making and a deep understanding of traditional techniques, ensuring high-quality and delicious pizzas for our customers. Responsibilities Prepare and cook authentic pizzas using traditional techniques Develop and maintain pizza recipes, including dough and sauce preparation Ensure the quality and freshness of ingredients used in pizza making Manage the pizza station, including inventory and cleanliness Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in pizza preparation techniques Skills and Qualifications 5-8 years of experience in pizza making or culinary arts Proficient in various pizza styles, including Neapolitan, New York, and Sicilian Strong knowledge of dough preparation and fermentation processes Ability to operate pizza ovens and kitchen equipment safely Excellent time management and multitasking skills Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure Good communication and teamwork skills Accommodation & Transportation FREE. 9 hours a day work 1 hour break included. Weekly 1 day off.
