Oversee the preparation of dough, sauces, and toppings. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed. Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in pizza-making techniques. Maintain kitchen equipment and ensure it is in good working condition. Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times. Skills and Qualifications 6-12 years of experience as a pizzaiolo or in a similar role. In-depth knowledge of pizza-making techniques and different cooking methods. Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations. Proficiency in using pizza ovens and kitchen equipment. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
