Job Description:

Responsibilities:

1. Chat & Voice Communication:

• Engage with customers through chat platforms professionally and courteously.
• Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and address concerns promptly and effectively

1. Excellent Communication Skills:

• Demonstrate exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Ensure clarity, empathy, and accuracy in all written communication with customers.

1. Product Knowledge:

• Acquire and maintain a thorough understanding of [Company Name]'s products and services.
• Stay updated on product features, specifications, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.

1. Problem Resolution:

• Identify and resolve customer issues and concerns promptly.

Requirements:

• Education:

  Undergraduate/Graduate/Post Graduate (any stream)

• Communication Skills:

  Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Computer Proficiency:

  Basic knowledge of computer systems and proficiency in using chat platforms.

• Customer Focus:

  Strong customer service orientation and the ability to handle customer inquiries with tact and professionalism.

• Adaptability:

  Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
