Convert 2D CAD plans into photorealistic 3D models and high-resolution imagery for modular and furniture projects. Maintain CAD documentation, build reusable asset libraries, and partner with design, sales, and production teams to accelerate decision-making and sales.

1. 3D Modeling & Rendering (30%)

• KPI 1.1:

  On-time delivery of requested renders – ≥ 95%

• KPI 1.2:

  Render quality score (internal review, scale 1–5) – ≥ 4.5 average

  Number of high-resolution images (4K+) delivered per month – ≥ 15

2. CAD Drafting & Detailing (25%)

  Accuracy of 2D CAD updates (error-free first pass) – ≥ 98%
