Key Responsibilities

· Create high-quality 3D renderings, animations, and walkthroughs for landscape and architectural projects.

· Interpret conceptual sketches, CAD drawings, and design briefs to produce accurate visualizations.

· Collaborate with the design and project teams to refine details and maintain design intent.

· Develop material textures, lighting setups, and environmental elements to enhance realism.

· Manage visualization files, libraries, and project outputs for presentations and client proposals.

· Stay updated on visualization trends, rendering techniques, and new software tools.

Qualifications & Skills

· Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Fine Arts, or related field.

· 3–6 years of professional experience in 3D visualization, preferably in landscape or architectural firms.

· Proficiency in 3ds Max, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray/Corona Renderer, and Adobe Photoshop.

· Strong understanding of materials, lighting, and composition principles.

· Experience creating photo-realistic renders and video walkthroughs.

· Good communication, creativity, and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

· Passion for nature, design, and sustainability.

· Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.

· Familiarity with site planning, landscape design elements, or plant libraries is an added advantage.
