As a skilled 3D Visualizer with 3-5 years of experience, you will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D models and visualizations for various projects such as interiors, architecture, and urban designs. Key Responsibilities: - Develop detailed 3D models for interior, architectural, and urban projects, and produce high-quality visualizations and renders. - Demonstrate a strong understanding of lighting, texturing, and rendering techniques with attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense. - Collaborate with design teams to interpret concepts and transform them into visual outputs. - Stay updated with the latest design trends and software. - Work effectively in a team environment and facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders. - Be fully conversant with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards. - Must have knowledge of sketchup. - Be proficient in the latest architectural software and integrate new technologies into project workflows. - Support growth by identifying new opportunities and representing the firm. - Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork skills.
