This full-time hybrid role for a Project Lead based in Noida offers a combination of office and work-from-home options. The Project Lead will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of architectural/interior projects, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, developing project plans, and ensuring timely delivery within budget. Key responsibilities include supervising project teams, managing resources, overseeing design development, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations. Qualifications required for this role include strong skills in client coordination and stakeholder management, expertise in architectural design, design development, and construction documentation, knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and regulatory compliance, proficiency in architectural software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, BIM), excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work independently as well as part of a team, and a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field. Professional certification or licensure is considered a plus. The ideal candidate should have experience in project management, including developing project plans and overseeing project execution, experience in workspace design and build coordination, and experience working as a Project Lead in design or PMC firms.,
