📝 Job Summary

AVF World is seeking a creative and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer & Designer with a strong architectural background to produce high-quality visual renderings, walkthroughs, and design presentations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for turning conceptual ideas into visually compelling graphics for residential, commercial, and landscape architecture projects.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Create high-quality 3D architectural visualizations and renders for interior and exterior spaces.

Produce 3D walkthroughs, animations, and VR-compatible visual content.

Translate 2D architectural drawings and sketches into detailed 3D models.

Collaborate with architects and design teams to visualize ideas and meet project goals.

Maintain proper lighting, textures, materials, and environments for realistic output.

Present design concepts clearly to clients through visual storytelling.

Modify and update 3D models and visualizations based on design revisions and feedback.

Work with software like 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, SketchUp, Photoshop, and AutoCAD.

Create mood boards, design references, and conceptual graphics when required.

Ensure deliverables meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s/Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.

2–5 years of experience in 3D visualization or architectural design.

Proficiency in:

3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop

Bonus: Revit, Twinmotion, or Blender

Excellent visualization, composition, and graphic storytelling skills.

Attention to detail with a strong eye for lighting, textures, and finishes.

Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Team player with strong communication and coordination skills.
