We aren't just building a brand; we're building a platform that curates stories through exclusive in-house drops, creator collaborations, and collectible releases across fashion, lifestyle, and beyond. Every drop is a moment, but the platform is the big picture and our brand must ignite cultural hype.

We’re looking for a 3D Visual Designer to craft immersive, next-level visuals that make every drop feel alive. From photorealistic renders to interactive experiences, your 3D work will turn products into digital grails that captivate and convert.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗼

 • Build Brand Mascots & Characters: Design 3D models and animated mascots that embody DROPZ’s bold identity and evolve with each drop story.

 • Create Photorealistic Product Renders: Produce high-fidelity 3D models, textures, lighting setups, and animations for apparel, accessories, and lifestyle items to showcase drops in stunning detail.

 • Develop 360° & AR-Ready Assets: Build interactive 360-degree views, AR filters, and web-optimized mockups that let users explore products like never before.

 • Elevate Campaign Storytelling: Integrate 3D elements into teasers, launch videos, and ads - collaborating with video editors and motion teams for seamless, cinematic impact.

 • Design Packaging & Unboxing Visuals: Craft realistic 3D mockups for boxes, tags, and premium packaging that heighten anticipation and resale value.

 • Optimize for Digital Performance: Balance visual fidelity with file size and load speed for flawless delivery across web, social, and mobile platforms.

 • Push Creative Boundaries: Experiment with emerging 3D trends, real-time rendering, and interactive tech to keep DROPZ’s visuals ahead of the curve.

 • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with the Creative Lead, Videographer, Motion Graphics Editor, and Designers to ensure cohesive, on-brand execution from concept to final asset.

 • A 3D visionary with mastery of form, lighting, texturing, and rendering - capable of turning flat concepts into immersive, collector-grade visuals.

 • Tool-proficient: Expert in Blender, Cinema 4D, Substance Painter, Octane/Arnold Renderer, or similar.

 • Detail-obsessed and deadline-driven, delivering pixel-perfect work under tight drop schedules without sacrificing quality.

 • A digital storyteller who understands how 3D enhances hype, emotion, and user engagement in social-first, mobile-heavy environments.

 • Collaborative and adaptive, thriving in cross-functional teams with videographers, editors, and marketers to align vision and execution.

 • Experienced through internships, college projects, or freelance gigs - ready to scale fast in a high-growth, culture-first startup.
