3D Visual Designer

As a 3D Visual Designer at DROPZ, you will play a crucial role in crafting immersive and next-level visuals that bring each product drop to life. Your expertise in creating 3D models and animations will contribute to embodying DROPZ's bold identity and enhancing the overall brand experience. Your responsibilities will include: - **Build Brand Mascots & Characters**: Design 3D models and animated mascots that represent DROPZ's unique identity and evolve with each drop story. - **Create Photorealistic Product Renders**: Develop high-fidelity 3D models, textures, lighting setups, and animations for apparel, accessories, and lifestyle items to showcase drops in exquisite detail. - **Develop 360 & AR-Ready Assets**: Produce interactive 360-degree views, AR filters, and web-optimized mockups to provide users with an unparalleled exploration of products. - **Elevate Campaign Storytelling**: Integrate 3D elements into teasers, launch videos, and ads to create a seamless and cinematic impact in collaboration with video editors and motion teams. - **Design Packaging & Unboxing Visuals**: Craft realistic 3D mockups for boxes, tags, and premium packaging to enhance anticipation and resale value. - **Optimize for Digital Performance**: Ensure visual fidelity is balanced with file size and load speed for flawless delivery across various platforms. - **Push Creative Boundaries**: Experiment with emerging 3D trends and interactive technologies to keep DROPZ's visuals innovative and ahead of the curve. - **Collaborate Across Teams**: Work closely with the Creative Lead, Videographer, Motion Graphics Editor, and Designers to ensure a cohesive and on-brand execution from concept to final asset. As a successful candidate for this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Mastery of form, lighting, texturing, and rendering in the realm of 3D visualization. - Proficiency in tools such as Blender, Cinema 4D, Substance Painter, Octane/Arnold Renderer, or similar software. - Attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and consistently deliver high-quality work even under tight schedules. - Understanding of how 3D enhances hype, emotion, and user engagement in social-first and mobile-heavy environments. - Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams with videographers, editors, and marketers to align vision and execution. - Experience in 3D design through internships, college projects, or freelance work, demonstrating readiness to scale rapidly in a high-growth, culture-centric startup environment.,
